Beyond mental clarity and sound judgment, leaders must prioritize their well-being, both physically and mentally.<\/p><p>A healthy, resilient body reflects personal discipline and overall well-being, while a strong mind reinforces sound decision making. Leaders who embody physical and mental vitality can lead more effectively, with this vitality shining through in their decisions and approach to challenges.<\/p><p>Physical health equips leaders with the energy and endurance needed to navigate demanding schedules, supporting engagement, alertness, and proactive leadership.
