Pikiran dan Perasaan yang muncul ketika ingin memahami diri, menata amarah, menenangkan cemas, menelusuri luka, hingga kini sampai pada ujung perjalanan dari Series Emosi.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dalam ilmu psikologi, manusia sering diibaratkan sebagai sistem yang kompleks, perpaduan antara\u00a0<em>cognitive function <\/em>(fungsi berpikir) dan\u00a0<em>affective function<\/em>\u00a0(fungsi perasaan). Ketika keduanya tak seimbang, lahirlah kekacauan batin seperti overthinking, kecemasan, bahkan dorongan menyakiti diri. Penelitian oleh\u00a0<strong>Borchard et al. (2021)<\/strong>\u00a0di\u00a0<em>Journal of Clinical Psychology<\/em>\u00a0menemukan bahwa ketidaksinkronan antara aktivitas limbik (pusat emosi di otak) dan korteks prefrontal (pengatur logika) menjadi dasar munculnya distress emosional pada individu dewasa muda. Mereka menyimpulkan bahwa penyembuhan mental tidak cukup hanya dengan terapi kognitif, tetapi perlu\u00a0<em>emotional integration<\/em> yaitu proses mengakui, memahami, dan memeluk emosi sebagai bagian dari diri.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Secara spiritual, integrasi tersebut merupakan bentuk kesadaran, bahwa manusia diciptakan tidak hanya untuk berpikir, tetapi juga untuk memahami dan merasakan (empati). Namun, keduanya akan bermakna ketika mengarah pada satu arah, yaitu pengenalan diri yang membawa pada pengenalan Sang Pencipta.<\/p><p>Tubuh bukanlah sekadar wadah tetapi amanah. Dalam Al-Qur\u2019an, Allah menegaskan:<\/p><p><strong>\u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0642\u064e\u062f\u0652 \u062e\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0642\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0625\u0650\u0646\u0633\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064e \u0641\u0650\u064a \u0623\u064e\u062d\u0652\u0633\u064e\u0646\u0650 \u062a\u064e\u0642\u0652\u0648\u0650\u064a\u0645\u064d<\/strong><br \/><em>\u201cSungguh Kami telah menciptakan manusia dalam bentuk yang sebaik-baiknya.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>(QS. At-Tin: 4)<\/strong><\/p><p>Setiap organ diciptakan dengan peran yang terukur. Otak, misalnya, ditempatkan paling tinggi dan paling terlindungi, di balik tulang tengkorak yang keras, seolah Allah ingin menegaskan bahwa kesadaran adalah anugerah yang harus dijaga. Psikologi kognitif modern pun sejalan. Menurut riset\u00a0<strong>Fujita dan Inzlicht (2022)<\/strong>\u00a0dalam\u00a0<em>Annual Review of Psychology<\/em>, otak manusia dirancang untuk\u00a0<em>self-regulation<\/em>, yaitu kemampuan mengendalikan dorongan, mengatur perhatian, dan menjaga arah perilaku sesuai nilai hidup. Jika ia baik, maka seluruh tubuh akan baik. Jika ia rusak, maka seluruh tubuh akan rusak. Ketahuilah, itulah al-qalb.\u201d<\/em> <strong>(HR. al-Bukhari dan Muslim)<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Secara literal, banyak terjemahan menyebut \u201cal-qalb\u201d sebagai\u00a0<em>hati<\/em>. Namun secara linguistik dan kontekstual,\u00a0<strong>kata \u201cqalb\u201d (\u0642\u0644\u0628)<\/strong>\u00a0dalam bahasa Arab berarti \u201csesuatu yang berbolak-balik\u201d, simbol dari dinamika kesadaran, bukan organ hati biologis. Makna hadis tersebut dapat dimaknai sebagai penegasan bahwa pusat kendali manusia adalah sistem kesadaran, yang kini kita pahami sebagai otak dan seluruh jaringan sarafnya. Karena dari sanalah keputusan, niat, dan moralitas terbentuk. Menurut\u00a0<strong>Davidson &amp; Schuyler (2023)<\/strong>\u00a0dari\u00a0<em>Center for Healthy Minds, University of Wisconsin<\/em>, proses moral dan spiritual manusia sangat bergantung pada\u00a0<em>prefrontal cortex<\/em>\u00a0dan\u00a0<em>insula<\/em>, dua bagian otak yang berperan dalam empati, kesadaran diri, dan nilai-nilai moral. Jika wilayah tersebut terganggu, individu cenderung kehilangan arah nilai, sebagaimana disebut \u201cqalb yang rusak\u201d dalam hadis.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0 Dengan demikian, hadis tersebut tidak menolak sains, melainkan menyiratkan harmoni antara wahyu dan akal bahwa kesehatan spiritual sejati adalah kesehatan kesadaran, saat pikiran dan iman sejalan dalam arah yang sama. Iman dalam hal ini bukan sekadar keyakinan teologis, melainkan kesadaran yang terintegrasi, dimulai dengan pikiran dan tindakan.<br \/>Ketika seseorang memahami bahwa setiap emosi adalah cara jiwa berkomunikasi, dan setiap luka adalah panggilan untuk kembali mengenal Pencipta, maka iman bukan lagi dogma, tetapi arah hidup.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Riset oleh\u00a0<strong>Koenig et al. (2021)<\/strong>\u00a0dalam\u00a0<em>Journal of Religion and Health<\/em>\u00a0membuktikan bahwa spiritualitas dan praktik keimanan dapat menurunkan tingkat stres dan depresi hingga 25% melalui aktivasi sistem saraf parasimpatik yaitu mekanisme biologis yang menenangkan tubuh. Artinya, iman bukan hanya mengenai keyakinan abstrak, tetapi memberi efek fisiologis nyata terhadap stabilitas emosi. Dalam keadaan itulah, pikiran akhirnya mengarah ke satu arah.<br \/>Ke arah kesadaran bahwa segala yang kita rasakan, pikirkan, dan perjuangkan sejatinya bermuara pada satu hal, <em>menjadi manusia yang sadar akan tujuan penciptaannya.<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mungkin kita belum \u201cselesai\u201d, mungkin kita masih memulihkan, masih belajar, masih berbenah. Namun sekarang kita tahu: ada satu arah yang bisa kita tuju. Arah itu memberikan kepastian bahwa kita bukan sekadar bertahan dalam kekacauan, tetapi sedang membangun keutuhan.
