Dalam perspektif etika, tindakan ini melanggar prinsip fundamental seperti kejujuran, keadilan, integritas, dan penghormatan terhadap otonomi individu.<\/p><p>Manipulasi berbasis kebaikan biasanya dilakukan melalui strategi persuasif bernuansa emosional, seperti membangkitkan rasa bersalah, menekan dengan standar sosial, atau menciptakan kesan bahwa bantuan yang diminta merupakan kewajiban moral bagi korban.<\/p><p>Bentuk manipulasi ini sering tidak disadari karena dilakukan secara halus, berlapis, dan bertahap, sehingga menciptakan ketidakseimbangan relasi yang hanya menguntungkan satu pihak. Dari sudut pandang perkembangan moral, manipulation of kindness dapat menghambat kemampuan individu untuk membangun hubungan sosial yang sehat.<\/p><p>Hal ini terjadi karena perilaku tersebut memanfaatkan kerentanan emosional orang lain. Dampaknya tidak hanya bersifat psikologis, tetapi juga sosial, seperti menurunnya kepercayaan interpersonal, munculnya rasa tidak aman dalam berhubungan, serta melemahnya motivasi untuk berbuat baik secara tulus di masa depan. Perilaku memanfaatkan kebaikan orang lain bertentangan dengan ajaran moral yang menekankan kejujuran, keadilan, dan keikhlasan dalam interaksisosial.<\/p><p>Al-Qur\u2019an menegaskan prinsip tersebut dalam <strong>QS. An-Nahl: 90:\u201cSesungguhnya Allah menyuruh (kamu) berlaku adil dan berbuat kebajikan\u2026<\/strong>\u201dAyat ini menegaskan bahwa tindakan kebaikan harus dilakukan dengan niat yang lurus, tanpa merugikan atau mengendalikan orang lain.<\/p><p>Selain itu, <strong>QS. Al-Maidah: 2.<\/strong> memberikan kerangka etis yang lebih luas:\u201c\u2026<strong>tolong-menolonglah kalian dalam kebajikan dan ketakwaan, dan jangan tolong-menolong dalam dosa dan permusuhan.<\/strong>\u201d Prinsip ini secara tidak langsung menolak praktik manipulasi karena perilaku demikian merupakan penyalahgunaan kebaikan untuk tujuan yang tidak benar.
